1. Introduction

2. Eligibility
To register and use dddjl, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. dddjl does not knowingly accept registrations from anyone under 18. If dddjl discovers that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds returned subject to verification.
- You must be a resident or physical presence in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. dddjl operates under applicable gaming regulations and it is your responsibility to confirm that online casino play is permitted in your location.
- You must be registering as an individual on your own behalf. Corporate accounts are not permitted on dddjl.
- You must not be a registered self-excluded player at dddjl or under any active exclusion arrangement that would prohibit your participation.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of dddjl, or an immediate family member of any such person.
3. Player Accounts
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold one active account at dddjl. Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances derived from multi-accounting.
3.2 Accurate Registration Information
When registering at dddjl, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any payment method details. Providing false or misleading registration details is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dddjl username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. dddjl will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Account Currency
All dddjl accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP, ₱). Deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are all conducted in PHP. No currency conversion is applied at any point.
3.5 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant at dddjl if it has not had any login activity or financial transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. dddjl may charge a monthly inactivity fee of ₱200 on dormant accounts, deducted from the remaining balance. Accounts with a zero balance that have been dormant for 24 months may be closed. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
4. Deposits
dddjl accepts deposits through the following Philippine payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, InstaPay, PESONet, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards.
- Minimum deposit: ₱100
- Maximum deposit per transaction: Varies by payment method; displayed at checkout
- Deposit fees: dddjl does not charge fees on deposits. Third-party fees imposed by payment providers are beyond our control.
- Processing time: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your dddjl balance instantly. Bank transfers may take up to one banking day.
All funds deposited at dddjl must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where someone else deposits money into your account — are not permitted and will be flagged for investigation.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawing your winnings from dddjl is straightforward, and we've designed the process to be as fast as possible for Filipino players.
- Minimum withdrawal: ₱200
- Standard processing time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5 to 15 minutes in most cases. Bank transfer withdrawals via InstaPay are typically processed within 30 minutes during banking hours. PESONet and BDO/BPI direct transfers may take up to one banking day.
- Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your deposit, wherever technically possible. This is to prevent money laundering and protect your account.
- Withdrawal fees: dddjl does not charge fees on standard withdrawals.
- Large withdrawal review: Withdrawals above ₱500,000 may be subject to an additional identity verification review before processing. This is a security measure and typically adds no more than one business day to the timeline.
5.1 Wagering Requirements on Withdrawals
Before a player's first withdrawal, dddjl requires that the deposited amount has been wagered at least once (1x turnover). This is a standard anti-fraud measure and not an additional wagering requirement on top of any bonus terms. If you deposited ₱1,000 and want to withdraw, that ₱1,000 must have been placed as bets at least once across any dddjl game before the withdrawal is processed.
5.2 KYC Clearance
Withdrawals may be held pending identity verification for accounts that have not yet completed KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. See Section 8 for full details on the KYC process at dddjl.
6. Bonuses & Promotions
dddjl offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, including eligibility criteria, minimum deposit, bonus amount, wagering requirements, qualifying games, and expiry periods. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and supplement — but do not override — these general Terms.
6.1 General Bonus Rules
- All bonuses at dddjl are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page.
- Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
- dddjl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus at any time. Players will be given reasonable notice where possible.
- Bonuses are credited in PHP and can only be used on the dddjl platform. They cannot be transferred, sold, or converted to cash directly.
- If dddjl identifies abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors — the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.
6.2 Wagering Contributions
Different game types contribute differently toward meeting wagering requirements at dddjl. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the default contributions are as follows:
- Slots and jackpot games: 100% contribution
- Live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack): 10% contribution
- Sports betting: 10% contribution
- Color Game: 20% contribution
- Card games (poker variants): 5% contribution
7. Gameplay Rules
All games offered at dddjl are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. These Terms apply across the platform; game-specific rules apply within each game session.
7.1 Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical fault, server error, or software malfunction that affects the outcome of a game round, dddjl reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. This applies to both RNG-based and live dealer games. dddjl will not pay winnings generated as a result of a clearly erroneous payout caused by a software fault.
7.2 Interrupted Sessions
If your connection is interrupted mid-round, dddjl's system will complete the round using the action last received from your device. In live dealer games, any bets already placed before disconnection will stand. dddjl is not responsible for losses resulting from interrupted internet connections on the player's side.
7.3 Maximum Winnings
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific game or promotion, the maximum single-session payout at dddjl is ₱5,000,000 per player per day for standard accounts. VIP accounts may have higher limits negotiated with the dddjl VIP team. This limit applies across all game categories combined.
7.4 Dispute Resolution
If you believe the outcome of a game at dddjl was incorrect, contact our support team within 72 hours of the round in question. Disputes raised after this window may not be eligible for investigation. For live dealer games, session footage is archived and can be reviewed. dddjl's decision following a full investigation is final unless the player escalates to the relevant regulatory body.
8. KYC & Identity Verification
dddjl is required to verify the identity of its players as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) obligations and general regulatory compliance. This process is commonly referred to as Know Your Customer, or KYC.
8.1 When KYC is Required
KYC verification is required at dddjl in the following circumstances:
- Before your first withdrawal is processed
- When cumulative withdrawals exceed ₱50,000 in a rolling 30-day period
- When dddjl's compliance team flags an account for review under AML procedures
- Any time dddjl has reasonable cause to verify the identity of a player
8.2 Documents Accepted

For proof of payment method, a screenshot of your GCash or Maya wallet showing your registered mobile number and account name may be requested. For bank accounts, a recent bank statement or transaction confirmation is sufficient.
8.3 Verification Timeframe
dddjl aims to complete KYC reviews within one business day of receiving complete documentation. Incomplete submissions will delay the process. Withdrawals remain on hold until KYC is cleared.
9. Responsible Gaming
dddjl is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the welfare of its players seriously. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, and dddjl provides tools to help you keep it that way.
9.1 Self-Exclusion
Players can self-exclude from dddjl for a period of their choosing — from 24 hours up to permanent exclusion. During an exclusion period, you will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets. 9.2 Deposit and Loss Limits
You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits at any time from your dddjl account settings. Reductions to limits take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day cooling-off period and cannot be applied retroactively.
9.3 Session Timers and Reality Checks
dddjl offers in-session reminders that notify you of elapsed play time at intervals you set. Reality check pop-ups display your current session duration and net balance change, helping you stay aware of how your session is going.

10. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited at dddjl and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or reporting to relevant authorities:
- Registering more than one account
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC
- Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
- Depositing funds derived from illegal activities
- Using the platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime
- Exploiting software bugs or glitches to obtain an unfair advantage
- Using bots, automated scripts, or other artificial means to place bets
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or table games
- Abusing the bonus system by exploiting loopholes, creating fake accounts, or using multiple payment methods to claim the same bonus
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing dddjl staff or other players via any communication channel
- Attempting to access dddjl systems beyond your authorised player account
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the dddjl platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and audio-visual content — is the property of dddjl or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the dddjl platform without express written permission. Your dddjl account grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your own private entertainment purposes only.
12. Limitation of Liability
dddjl provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure availability, accuracy, and security, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, dddjl shall not be liable for:
- Any loss of profits, loss of business, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the dddjl platform
- Technical failures, interruptions, or delays caused by third-party infrastructure providers
- Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials
- Decisions made based on information displayed on the dddjl platform that later proves inaccurate due to a technical error
Nothing in these Terms limits dddjl's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
13. Account Suspension & Closure
13.1 By dddjl
dddjl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspicion of fraud, money laundering concerns, failure to provide KYC documentation, or regulatory requirements.
Where an account is suspended due to suspected fraud, dddjl will withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes in the player's favour, the balance will be released. Where fraud is confirmed, the balance may be forfeited.
13.2 By the Player
You may request to close your dddjl account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Before closure, any remaining balance must be withdrawn. Accounts closed at the player's request can typically be reopened upon request, subject to standard KYC checks, unless the account was closed under a self-exclusion arrangement.
14. Privacy and Data
dddjl collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering at dddjl, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.
We take data security seriously. All data transmitted between your device and dddjl servers is encrypted using SSL/TLS protocols. Player financial data is handled through PCI-compliant payment processors and is never stored directly on dddjl's servers.
15. Changes to These Terms
dddjl may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active players via email to the address registered on their dddjl account and by posting a notice on the platform. The updated Terms will be effective from the date stated in the "Last Updated" notice at the top of this page.
If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you should close your dddjl account before the effective date. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
